The service here is second to none, from the welcome as you walk through the door to the breakfast in record time in the morning. I'd there was a six star service rating this place would score seven . This is a tradional bed and breakfast if ever there is one. Along with the bonus of a very competitively priced bar and comfy beds makes the stay ace. The rooms aren't massive but neither is the cost. My only gripe was the TV, the remote didn't work with it and it was very small in the corner, I am 100 percent sure that if I had brought this up it would have been fixed there and then. There is a great communal area broken into two parts with a pool table and a good sized TV and a bar area. Breakfast was lovely and hot and had fresh fruit and as I say cracking service. Parking at the front is off road and flexible Thank you for a fantastic stay we will always look to yourselves first in the future

Last minute booking. Spoke to the amazingly helpful Steve who has been at the helm for 40 years with his lovely wife Lynn. Lovely little set up with bar and pool table. Rooms clean and newly decorated perfect base for the tower and north pier/winter gardens. Really lovely couple who are a treasure trove of knowledge of the local area and the best breakfast selection I've ever had at a b&b and cooked to perfection. Bat stays open till 11 and breakfast at 830-930. Made some good friends in the bar and will hopefully be returning for the illuminations later in the year. You won't be disappointed with this place get it booked

Stayed here over the bank holiday weekend whilst attending The Summer Bash. Our bedroom was adequate with a shower /bathroom ensure. Tea and coffee making facilities and television too. Our breakfast was excellent with fresh melon and strawberries on offer followed by full English or other choices. Our hosts were lovely and friendly and will definitely be returning.
